This is pretty much the attitude all sane candidates should have to U.S. employers. Every job I&#039;ve taken has included paperwork mentioning that the employer is never making a legal assurance in person or by email and they retain their right to fire at any time with no notice or severance pay.

An employee would have to be incredibly stupid to show loyalty in the environment that companies have set up over the last few decades.</description>

U don&#039;t see many googlers lining up outside of yahoo.  Another word for loyal yahoo team member is &#039;sucker&#039;.  This turncoat advice only applies if u r the [worst] to work for.  U should aspire to be so much better then ur competitors that u r hiring all the turncoats, in which case ur advice does not apply.</description>
